Join Christian Hospital, part of BJC HealthCare, as a PRN RN House Supervisor-an excellent leadership opportunity to provide hospital-wide clinical and administrative oversight during off shifts. In this role, you will oversee patient care operations, staffing, and throughput while serving as the on-site liaison to Administration. This flexible position includes (2) 12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM), some holidays, and 1 weekend day every 6 weeks, offering a strong pathway to expand leadership experience in a collaborative environment.

The Nursing Resources Department is responsible for the 24 management of the major functions over nursing, clerical, and ancillary staff. Preferred Qualifications Role Purpose The House Supervisor is delegated the authority and responsibility for administrative supervision of patient care and other hospital departments, serving as a representative of Administration in the absence of the Administrator during off shifts. Acts as a liaison with departments and/or consults with Administrator on call to handle unusual circumstances, appropriate resources, and investigate and resolve clinical problems/complaints.
