| The Technical Senior Project Manager III leads high-profile, matrixed projects aligned with the Institute?s strategic plan and process improvement priorities, often spanning multiple divisions. This role involves planning and managing several projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. Engaging with diverse stakeholders, including senior leadership, the manager drives project success and fosters cross-departmental collaboration, focusing on strategic outcomes and innovation. With proven technical expertise, they partner with engineering and development teams to mitigate risks and lead technology decisions, while also driving system architecture discussions, IT policy development, code reviews, and technical feasibility assessments. For union positions, the pay range is determined by the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA). $130,930.00 - $140,230.00
