Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our Treasury Investments team in the role of Principal, Strategic Investments We are seeking a highly strategic, commercially minded leader to identify, evaluate, and activate investment and partnership opportunities that advance IU Health's clinical, operational, and long-term positioning. This role sits at the intersection of healthcare delivery, external innovation, and capital deployment, translating emerging opportunities into practical, system-level impact. This is a high-visibility, system-level role that partners closely with clinical, operational, and executive leadership to ensure investment decisions align with IU Health's strategic priorities and deliver measurable outcomes. The Principal, Strategic Investments, acts as a key strategic partner, helping IU Health focus on high-value opportunities with a clear and actionable path to impact. This role combines investment rigor with healthcare system execution, working closely with clinical, operational, and executive leaders to translate complex ideas into measurable outcomes, successful pilots, and scalable solutions that improve patient outcomes and system performance.
