The Department of Anesthesiology, Perioperative and Pain Medicine is seeking a HR Administrator to support a broad range of administrative and operational human resources program and processes. This confidential role will serve as the initial point of contact for HR policy, HCM systems, and procedures escalating to more senior HR team members and subject matter experts as necessary. This role will support and manages the department's disability and leave process. Maintains information systems, prepares appropriate documentation, and processes necessary paperwork. This position is 100% operational.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE (REQUIRED): Associate Degree or combination of education and relevant experience.

CERTIFICATIONS & LICENSES: HR certification preferred (PHR)

WORK STANDARDS
The expected pay range for this position is $29.87 to $35.26 per hour.
