About Winston Preparatory School Winston Preparatory School is a co-ed private day school for 3-12th-grade students with learning differences, including dyslexia, NVLD, expressive or receptive language disorders, and executive functioning difficulties (ADHD). The Connecticut campus is located in Norwalk, CT. Our mission is to facilitate the independence and meaningful participation of students with specific learning disorders through a Continuous Feedback System that develops skill acquisition and the Qualities of a Sustainable and Independent Learner. At Winston Prep, Focus teachers provide individualized remediation for students struggling with a wide range of learning differences, while coordinating and facilitating consistent communication between classroom teachers and families.
