Job DescriptionAtlantic Health is Seeking a Per Diem Physician Assistant for Head and Neck Surgery Atlantic Health, one of New Jersey's largest non-profit healthcare networks, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Head and Neck surgery team at the Leonard B. Kahn Institute for Head & Neck Cancer, located at the Carol G. Simon Cancer Center at Atlantic Health Morristown Medical Center. This position requires the PA to work two days per week, with more shifts possible depending on department needs. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a renowned medical center and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient care. Training or experience in head and neck surgery is highly desirable, but not mandatory. Preferably, the candidate should have experience as an OR First Assist and be familiar with surgical inpatient care. In addition to clinical and technical proficiency, strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities are essential. Your ability to establish rapport and communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues will contribute to the provision of comprehensive and compassionate care.
