| Administrative Coordinator - Business Office POSITION DETAILS Reporting directly to the Administrative Executive Assistant, the Administrative Coordinator assists with the daily tasks and administrative responsibilities that enable the effective running of the Business Office. Along with the CUNY Title Overview, responsibilities for the role includes but are not limited to: ? Manage the access process for business systems for staff which includes but not limited to: form completion, form reviews, ticket creation, and follow-up ? Assist with the process and procedure for departmental non-tax levy appointments ? Enter and maintain records of submitted employee timesheets, alerting supervisors of any discrepancies ? Process and submit all business office expense, and purchasing requests in a timely fashion ? Coordinates tax levy credit card application process and administration (P-cards, T-cards, NET Cards) ? Create and enter requisitions for business office and other departments as necessary ? Train and assist new staff on CUNYBuy and other business office systems ? Distribute non-tax levy allocation reports for all departments ? Update and maintain departmental budget and expense spreadsheets ? Maintain confidential records and information QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree required. Preferred Qualifications ? Two years? experience in higher education and/or fiscal administration. ? Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred. ? Experience with PeopleSoft systems such as: CUNYFirst CUNY TITLE OVERVIEW Supports projects, initiatives, and activities that impact an academic or administrative department.
