Job DescriptionUnder the direction of the Medical Director, Clinical Efficiency and Value, the Associate Medical Director will serve as a physician leader responsible for advancing clinical efficiency, appropriateness of care, throughput, and value performance across Cedars-Sinai. This leader will independently manage priority workstreams, partner with operational and physician leaders, lead multi-disciplinary teams, and translate data, evidence, and payer priorities into measurable implementation plans and outcomes. The successful candidate will produce measurable improvement in organizational performance and/or achievement of payer-relevant performance metrics, while maintaining high standards of quality and physician engagement. The total pay range shown above takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including knowledge/skills; relevant experience and training; education/certifications/licensure; and other business and organizational factors. This total pay range includes any incentive payments that may be applicable to this role. We also offer a comprehensive faculty benefits package. Pay Range: $250,000-410,000 total cash compensation.
