Exemption Status: Non-ExemptJob Description: The Aquatics Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and high-quality operation of the University's aquatic facilities. This position is responsible for overseeing water chemistry, filtration systems, and facility maintenance for both the Hixon Natatorium and outdoor pool, while also serving as a key operational and leadership partner within the aquatics program.This role requires a hands-on professional who can balance technical expertise, safety oversight, and team support--stepping in as a leader when needed and ensuring day-to-day operations run seamlessly.
