![]() Senior Data & Research Analyst Title: Senior Data & Research Analyst Location: Upper East Side Org Unit: Emergency Medicine Work Days: Monday-Friday Weekly Hours: 35.00 Exemption Status: Exempt Salary Range: $95,150.00 - $104,150.00 *As required under NYC Human Rights Law Int 1208-2018 - Salary range for this role when Hired for NYC Offices Position Summary Responsible for designing and maintaining data reports and data infrastructure for the department. This role helps build and maintain reporting infrastructure with Epic and Allscripts SCM data, works closely with clinical and analytics leadership to create data reports for clinical, business and research needs, and takes on unique reporting projects in healthcare operations and research to improve patient care. Job Responsibilities
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline. Advanced degree is preferred. At least 4 years of experience as a Reporting Analyst, Consultant or Associate using EPIC. At least 4 years of experience in a clinical setting, or experience with healthcare administration, data analysis and healthcare operations best practices. Prior experience working with project managers, clinical leaders, and other data analysts to achieve deliverables in accordance with project schedule. Prior experience with ALLSCRIPTS/SCM preferred. While most data analysis and reporting will occur using EPIC data, some will use legacy data through ALLSCRIPTS/SCM. While EPIC proficiency is a minimum requirement, incumbent will be trained in legacy system proficiency as needed. EPIC Certification (Clinical Data Model). Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
