- Coordinator will be expected to cross train to all areas of IPOP
- Provide quality care to patients in IPOP
- Navigate and Triage patient plan of care in IPOP
- Communication and coordination of care with patient and family within the IPOP experience
- Coordinate with research team to facilitate patient care
- Work as a nurse member of a collaborative multidisciplinary team; both in-patient, IPOP, and out-patient
- Provide clinical direction and support for the Cell and Gene Therapy team through consultation with nursing and other team members
- Provide continuity and coordination for patient population in IPOP
- Coordinate and participate in the development and implementation of patient and nursing education programs and materials relating to IPOP
- Active part of the research team
- Coordination of admissions to hospital, IPOP and OTEC

- Current nursing license to practice nursing in the State of Michigan.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing OR associate's degree/diploma in Nursing along with a master's degree in nursing
- Three (3) years of Cellular Therapy and Bone Marrow Transplant RN
- Ambulatory care or In-patient experience within the last five (5) years.
- Nurse Coordinator experience, prefer one (1) year in past three (3) years.
- Lead nurse or charge nurse experience. prefer six (6) months in past three (3) years.
- Proven leadership ability as evidenced by previous employment and references.
- Demonstrated ability to set goals, promote teamwork and problem solve as demonstrated by previous performance evaluations.
- Experience with MICHART, EPIC, Cisco Finesse,WORD and Excel
- Certification from Nationally recognized organization
- MSN
