Job Summary and Responsibilities
CHI St. Vincent Medical Group are actively seeking a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner to join our Primary and Convenient Care Chenal clinic, a well-established and growing primary care practice in Little Rock, Arkansas. Our Chenal clinic is a cornerstone of health in the community, currently home to a diverse team of 10 providers, including 2 pediatricians, 2 Advanced Practice Providers, and 6 family medicine physicians. We are committed to expanding our capacity to serve our patients even better, with the exciting development of a new floor in our existing West Little Rock clinic. This expansion underscores our dedication to providing comprehensive and accessible care to our patients and our growing team.

As a Family Nurse Practitioner at our Chenal clinic, you will have the chance to: - Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care, fostering strong and lasting relationships within the community.

Job Requirements
- Master's or Doctoral Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- Current Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).
- Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Arkansas, or eligibility to obtain one.
- Previous clinical experience in a primary care setting is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages.
- Excellent diagnostic, treatment, and patient education skills.
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems; experience with Epic is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate approach to patient care.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Commitment to quality care and patient safety.
