Essential Tasks and ResponsibilitiesLead efforts to collect, reconcile, and interpret complex financial and operational data from multiple systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency Perform advanced ad hoc and recurring financial analysis, reporting trends, risks and opportunity to management Build and refined financial models, long-range forecasts and scenario analyses to guide strategic decision-making Serve as a steward if data integrity, driving process improvements to enhance financial accuracy, efficiency, and transparency Support audits and compliance with organizational policies and procedures Manage and contribute to high-impact projects often involving multiple departments or system-wide initiatives Serve as a subject matter expert in financial systems and reporting tools, training and mentoring other financial analyst Partner with leaders across the organization to evaluate performance, resource utilization, and other financial opportunities Exercise independent judgement in resolving complex issues while appropriately escalating to supervisor in a timely manner Performs additional duties as assigned
