Masters degree in related fields Principal Responsibilities 1. With a keen understanding of the business training trends within the industry, this position will identify, design, develop and implement technical and non-technical training programs consistent with the goals and objectives of Yale Medical Group. 2. Create an organizational performance core competency model that achieves consistent and measurable high performance standards required of our workforce. Cultivate the results of the model into working tools that optimize the performance standards of our human capital. 3. Determine and develop training initiatives through job analysis, system and process assessment to develop training tools and programs. Create curriculum using field concepts, practices and procedures. Determine needs assessment that both captures current and future processes capturing changing business needs as performance standards evolve with the changing industry. 4. Develop a wide variety of training methods and determine the means of delivery through conventional training methods and technical training methods. Deliver training through effective means and monitor and evaluate training programs effectiveness. Provide metrics on each programs development and delivery. 5. Manage training budget. Determine needs vs. costs. Provide metrics, cost analysis and productivity analysis for senior leadership.Required Education and Experience 1. Bachelor’s degree in related field and a minimum of 8 years of experience in Development/Behavior, Psychology, Human Resources or related area. 2. Experience in teaching and leading talent management, succession planning, leadership development and large organizational effectiveness projects. 3. Experience consulting with senior managers in a demanding and rapidly changing environment.
