Job SummaryThe Financial Intelligence Analyst Lead is responsible for supporting the advancement of the overall financial performance of Geisinger Health and its subsidiaries. This role will inform decision making and ensure goal achievement by providing service and product line reporting and analytics through a OneGeisinger lens; and support operating and capital forecasts, strategic service planning, business plan financial models, monthly operating reviews, and financial improvement initiatives. The role provides leadership within the department by mentoring analysts and assisting to develop a high performing team. The Lead must be customer-oriented, self-directed, and work collaboratively with peers internal and external to support enterprise financial, operational, and strategic goals.Job Duties
