| Scope of Role: The Welcome Center Receptionist and Admissions Administrative Assistant serves as the first point of contact for prospective families and visitors to Cape Fear Academy and supports the Admission Department in all admission operations and activities. This is a full-time, twelvemonth position, reporting to the Director of Enrollment. Major Responsibilities:

Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Education: Bachelor’s degree highly preferred. Experience: Prior office administration and database management experience required; independent school experience preferred. Three or more years of communications or admissions-related experience. Equivalency: Directly related experience or a combination of directly related education and experience may be considered in place of the above requirements. Physical Requirements/Working Environment:
