| Position Summary The Club at Snoqualmie Ridge is seeking a highly motivated Equipment Manager who is passionate about maintaining a first-class fleet and contributing to a collaborative, team-oriented golf course operation. This role is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and performance of all golf course and grounds maintenance equipment, ensuring the club's fleet is maintained to the highest standards while supporting exceptional course conditions and an outstanding member experience. The ideal candidate is a hands-on professional with strong mechanical expertise, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to safety, efficiency, and preventative maintenance practices. Equally important, this individual must embrace a team-first mentality and serve as a collaborative partner to the Golf Course Superintendent, assistant superintendents, and maintenance team. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to coach, support, and contribute to the overall success of the golf course operation.
