This leader provides strategic and operational oversight of the Leave & Disability Management (LDM) team, guiding them to deliver accurate, timely, and employee-focused services. The Manager serves as a key consultative partner to HR, managers, and business leaders, providing expertise on complex cases while monitoring regulatory updates and implementing necessary changes as necessary.
