| Job Summary Reporting to the EVP, Chief Customer Experience Officer, the Vice President of Daily Health Solutions leads the development of innovative experiences that support customers in managing their health and navigating care beyond individual care encounters. This role focuses on expanding how the health system partners with customers in their everyday health decisions, creating solutions that help individuals stay informed, supported, and connected throughout their health journey. This leader is responsible for advancing new models of engagement that extend the relationship between customers and the health system beyond traditional care moments. By integrating customer insight, emerging care models, and experience design, the Vice President develops solutions that empower individuals and families to manage health proactively, coordinate care more effectively, and stay connected to trusted guidance. The Vice President works closely with Digital, clinical leaders, and enterprise partners to identify new opportunities to improve health engagement and translate emerging trends into scalable experiences that strengthen long-term relationships with customers. This role plays a key part in expanding how care and support are delivered.
