Business Analyst – Remote

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs, analyze processes, gather requirements, and recommend solutions that improve operational efficiency and support strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Evaluate current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop business cases, workflow diagrams, and process documentation.
• Analyze data and prepare reports to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement business solutions.
• Assist with project planning, testing, implementation, and post-launch support.
• Monitor project progress and ensure business objectives are met.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to management and project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Operations Analyst, Project Coordinator, or related role.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other business applications.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with business process improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with CRM, ERP, ATS, or business management systems.
• Experience creating process maps, workflows, and business requirements documentation.

Compensation

$70,000 – $95,000 annually
Compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and skills.
