| Sauk Valley Community College (SVCC) seeks an innovative, dedicated individual to fill the opening for an Athletic Trainer. Join us in developing student-athletes both on and off the field! Position Overview The Athletic Trainer, under the general direction of the Director of Athletics, will develop, coordinate and administer a comprehensive sports medical program for Sauk Valley Community College’s intercollegiate sports programs. The athletic trainer will also perform professional and administrative services essential for the successful implementation and development of the program. Additional Salary Information: $7,500 Pre-Season Transition Stipend Time-Based Milestones: · 33% ($2,475.00) paid on first regular paycheck. · 33% ($2,475.00) paid on the regular paycheck following the completion of 6 months of continuous employment. · 34% ($2,550.00) paid on the regular paycheck following the completion of 1 year of continuous employment. Exclusions: The employee shall not be eligible for any remaining or future milestone payments if they have active documented discipline or are placed on a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) during their first 12 months. Clawback & Repayment: If the employee voluntarily terminates their employment within the first 18 months of hire, they agree that 50% of the most recent milestone payment received becomes an immediate debt owed to the College.
