| San José Mineta International Airport is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Airport Revenue Program Manager to lead the financial management, reporting, and forecasting of all airport revenue streams. This role will serve as a key finance partner across the organization, responsible for revenue tracking, forecasting, rate-setting methodologies, and financial performance reporting.
The ideal candidate brings strong financial acumen, technical modeling expertise, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that support financial planning, compliance, and operational decision-making. The final candidate’s qualifications and experience shall determine the actual salary. In addition to the starting salary, employees in this classification shall also receive an approximate five percent (5%) ongoing non-pensionable compensation pay, which is included in the range below. The Airport Revenue Manager salary range is $134,490.72 - $174,851.04 annually. Qualifications Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in a closely related field AND five (5) years of directly-related experience, including two (2) years of supervisory experience. Required Licensing Possession of a valid State of California driver’s license may be required. Employment Eligibility Federal law requires all employees to provide verification of their eligibility to work in this country. Candidates are required to satisfactorily complete and pass a fingerprint based Criminal History Records Check prior to being considered for a position in this class at the Airport.
