- strong communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
Preferred requirements: - Master’s degree in higher education, counseling, or related field
- experience working with adult learners, transfer students, or nontraditional populations
- familiarity with Salesforce, Banner, DegreeWorks, Handshake, LinkedIn, and D2L
- experience teaching workshops and/or facilitating group learning

| | Additional Comments Regarding Position | The Academic and Workforce Success Advisor supports adult learners, transfer students, and EPIC Scholars in the Bachelor of Professional Studies (BPS) program. This position combines recruitment, academic advising, career coaching, and workforce engagement to ensure student success from recruitment through graduation and beyond.
This position is on-campus, with some evening and weekend work required. Some travel in SC may be required.
