Regional Facilities Manager  This key role will be responsible for overseeing the facilities management functions across multiple locations within a designated region. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in facilities management, a strategic mindset, and the ability to lead and inspire a team to ensure optimal operational performance and excellence in service delivery. Develop and implement emergency response plans to address potential crises and ensure business continuity. Identify training needs and partner with Learning &#38; Development to prepare property maintenance staff for enhanced operational efficiency. Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as make-ready and work order completion times to assess the performance and effectiveness of maintenance teams and collaborate with the on-site manager and maintenance manager when performance improvement is needed. Assist with implementing and ensuring compliance with programs at the site level such as Predictive and Preventative Maintenance, Emergency Preparedness, Preferred Vendor Programs, etc. at each site as outlined by Asset Living&#xe2;&#8482;s policy. Assist Regional Manager and Director of Facilities in the development of capital budgets annually. Assist with developing scopes, assist with bid analysis, and monitor project management for capital projects to ensure effective utilization of the annual budget, selection of vendors and the services provided, and the timely completion of services covered by the contract. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development. Demonstrate consistent and appropriate sense of urgency and foster urgency among maintenance team and contract personnel. Foster interdepartmental communication protocol and assist personnel in effective communication between office and maintenance department. Assist Client Services with Due Diligence and transitions by participating in site inspections, preparing reports, and evaluating staff as requested. Support other operational goals and objectives as defined and needed by the Director of Facilities and VP of Operations. Regional Vice President, Affordable Housing Operations The Regional Vice President (RVP) of Affordable Housing Operations oversees a portfolio of residential properties by leading and supporting Regional Managers and their teams. This senior leadership role is responsible for driving operational success, ensuring client satisfaction, and building strong internal teams. The RVP serves as a key liaison between executive leadership, clients, and on-site operations, helping shape and execute company strategies across their region. Essential Duties &#38; Responsibilities Affordable Housing Ensure compliance with all Equal Housing Opportunity/Affirmative Fair Housing laws. Ensure proper LIHTC and/or Section 8 policies and procedures are followed.  Monitor LIHTC Application and Annual Recertification processes.  Regulatory Compliance &#xe2;&#8220; Ensures compliance with regulatory and funding requirements, contracts, and reporting  Conduct files reviews, physical inspections, and interacts with regulatory agencies.  Conduct semi-annual inspections as required.  Leadership &#38; People Development Manage and support Regional Managers by setting clear goals, offering strategic guidance, and promoting professional development. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and performance across the region. Identify, attract, and develop top talent; promote internal growth through mentoring and succession planning. Encourage training completion and continuous learning throughout all levels of the team. Client &#38; Stakeholder Engagement Build and maintain strong relationships with ownership groups by understanding their goals and delivering value-added solutions. Support new business opportunities through client engagement and by identifying potential acquisitions or service expansions. Lead regional business reviews and represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and executive briefings. Operational Oversight Oversee day-to-day operations and financial performance of the regional portfolio. Support Regional Managers in developing budgets, reviewing capital projects, and resolving operational issues. Identify areas for improvement, implement process enhancements, and ensure consistent execution of company standards. Leverage technology and best practices to improve service delivery and operating efficiency. Communication &#38; Problem-Solving Adjust communication style based on the audience&#xe2;&#8221;whether internal teams, clients, or leadership. Provide clear, proactive updates on business performance, challenges, and progress. Lead regional problem-solving initiatives and foster a collaborative approach to decision-making. Represent the organization in a professional and confident manner in all interactions, including public speaking and client engagements. Customer &#38; Brand Experience Promote excellent customer service standards for both residents and clients. Support innovation in services, vendors, and systems to improve property performance and enhance the client and resident experience. Serve as a brand ambassador by engaging with local industry associations and building strong community relationships. Travel This position entails travel, estimated at 25-50% of work time annually. Travel may be required for property visits, conferences, training sessions, or other business-related activities. Education &#38; Experience Bachelor&#xe2;&#8482;s degree preferred; relevant experience in property management operations will be considered in place of formal education. Experience working as a Regional Manager in Multifamily Affordable Housing operations required, with a strong understanding of site-level operations, client engagement, and regional leadership. Demonstrated success in managing teams, supporting operational performance, and fostering client satisfaction across multiple properties. Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes. Industry certifications such as CAM, CAPS, CPM, HCCP, COS, TCS or other are a plus. Senior Accountant The Senior Accountant is responsible for many aspects of financial reporting and will work directly with the Assistant Controller to develop new processes and procedures. Essential Duties &#38; Responsibilities Initiate and post journal entries, prepare balance sheet account reconciliations, and research &#38; resolve issues as needed Prepare monthly financial reporting packages for one or more regional offices, including performing variance analysis Research accounting guidance and prepare memos Assist in development of new processes and procedures to improve month end close and financial reporting, and improve coordination between property accounting and corporate accounting Assist in departmental initiatives to improve efficiency and utilization of available tools, including newly implemented ERP Analyze expenses and assist in budget preparation Prepare audit related requests and other duties as assigned Education &#38; Experience Bachelor and/or Master&#xe2;&#8482;s Degree.
