The successful candidate will be a strong, collaborative leader with excellent communication skills. The Executive Director must be a competent decision maker who is able to efficiently analyze information and assess issues to serve the needs of the academic and non-academic areas.    Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:    Works closely with the Vice President for Finance and Administration in planning, developing and implementing college financial plans and strategies.    Responsible for all college financial reporting, including periodic financial closings, reconciliations, and analyses.    Oversees internal and external financial audits.    Administers and ensures compliance with college and university fiscal policies.    Works closely with the Financial Aid Office to allocate and analyze enrollment trends and financial aid distributions.    Ensures proper review and control of all procurement transactions.    Liaises with CUNY and State Officials about financial reports and policies.    Ensures compliance with all appropriate City, State, Federal and GAAP accounting and regulatory policies.    Oversees the collection of tuition and fees, and tuition revenue analyses. Create, develop and, present curricula and course materials including lectures and assignments. Administer and evaluate student work, including assignments, exams, and lab performance. QUALIFICATIONS    For Adjunct Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Full Professor:    Ph.D. degree in area(s) of experience or equivalent.  Also required is the ability to teach successfully.    For Adjunct Lecturer:    Bachelor&#39;s degree in area(s) of expertise, and the ability to teach successfully. Master&#39;s Degree preferred.
