 CoStar is currently seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join the Business Unit Finance Team supporting their Commercial Real Estate business. The Senior Financial Analyst will perform financial analysis/modeling, develop management/sales reporting, and conduct variance analysis. The Senior Financial Analyst will play a significant role in modeling the company&#39;s revenue and expense forecasts while identifying growth drivers within the business.&#xa0;

 Key&#xa0;Responsibilities &#xa0; 
 
 
 
 
 Work closely with other Finance staff, as well as non-financial professionals across the company (e.g. , President/General Managers, Sales Leaders, Marketing team, Product team, etc.) to develop budgets and forecasts, and maintain those forecasts in the budgeting system.&#xa0; 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Concentrated focus on revenue drivers, including sales rep productivity, sales activities ,&#xa0;and performance, as well as SaaS metrics and drivers. Partner with Sales and Executive Leadership to support their reporting needs to highlight operational performance, present actionable insights, and measure alignment with strategic objectives.&#xa0; 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Maintain customer analysis, including penetration, total addressable market sizing ,&#xa0;and performance against specific sales campaigns.&#xa0;

 We are currently seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst to join our team in our Arlington, VA headquarters. This role would interact the entire organization, including global offices, in supporting the payroll process for over 8,400+ employees within the US and 14 international countries.&#xa0; 
 Responsibilities : 
 
 Support the accurate and timely bi?weekly and monthly payroll process for more than 6,800 employees in the US and 14 international countries.&#xa0; 
 Ensure payrolls are administered in compliance with all US and international regulations, company policies and SOX requirements.&#xa0; 
 Participate in Expatriate processing to ensure accurate payroll recording, partnering with HR and external tax partner.&#xa0; 
 Support the payroll input process to include building, uploading files and manual inputs in the Workday Payroll system.&#xa0; 
 Coordinate with Human Resources and Benefits on payroll impacting transactions such as leave of absences, retro benefit premium deductions, 401k loans, etc.&#xa0; 
 Complete post-production processing tasks such as settlement, vendor integrations, and reconciliations.&#xa0; 
 Manage the time entry process to include outreach to employees and managers to ensure hourly employees are paid accurately and timely.&#xa0; 
 Maintain full life cycle garnishment processing to include system inputs, communication to employees, responding answers/interrogatories, etc.&#xa0; 
 Participate in projects such as ongoing process improvements and new feature adoption in Workday.&#xa0; 
 Maintain process maps and documentation; updating as processes evolve.&#xa0; 
 Serve as primary lead for specialized tasks such as stock awards/option exercises, SEC filings, and/or sales commission payments.&#xa0; 
 Oversee quarterly reconciliations and filings for all taxes as well as support for year-end activities such as annual tax filings, reconciliations, and W?2 generation.&#xa0; 
 Provide excellent customer service to CoStar employees, responding to payroll related questions.&#xa0; 
 Maintain strict confidentiality of employee records including compensation details and personal information.&#xa0;
