 Your Role 
 As an Audiologist, you&#8217;ll play a key role in helping patients reconnect with the people and moments that matter most through better hearing and exceptional care. 
 Your mission is simple: make every patient feel like they are our only patient. 
 Responsibilities 
 
 Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations and diagnostic testing 
 Dispense, fit, and program hearing aids using best-practice protocols 
 Provide ongoing follow-up care, adjustments, and hearing aid support 
 Educate and counsel patients and families on hearing health and communication strategies 
 Collaborate with team members and healthcare providers to deliver outstanding patient outcomes 
 Participate in team meetings and contribute to clinical excellence initiatives 
 Stay current on advancements in audiology and hearing technology 
 
 Qualifications 
 
 Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) or Master&#8217;s Degree in Audiology 
 Active Florida Audiology license or eligibility to obtain licensure 
 Strong interpersonal and organizational skills 
 Passion for patient-centered care and continuous learning 
 Ability to build trust and long-term patient relationships

 The Audiologist plays a critical role in improving patients&#8217; hearing and communication abilities through comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of hearing and balance disorders.

 Key Responsibilities 
 Patient Care &#38; Diagnostics 
 
 Conduct comprehensive hearing and balance evaluations using advanced audiometric equipment 
 Perform diagnostic testing including pure tone audiometry, speech testing (quiet &#38; noise), immittance testing, and tinnitus assessments 
 Diagnose hearing loss, tinnitus, and vestibular (balance) disorders 
 
 Treatment &#38; Hearing Solutions 
 
 Fit, program, and maintain hearing aids and assistive listening devices 
 Perform real-ear measurements and electroacoustic analysis 
 Guide patients through treatment options including amplification and aural rehabilitation 
 Provide ongoing care, adjustments, and long-term hearing aid management 
 
 Patient Experience &#38; Counseling 
 
 Build strong, trusting relationships with patients 
 Provide counseling and education on hearing health and treatment options 
 Support patients emotionally throughout their hearing journey 
 Deliver a personalized, high-touch care experience&#8212;every patient should feel like your only patient 
 
 Collaboration &#38; Growth 
 
 Work closely with ENT physicians and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care 
 Maintain accurate and timely documentation 
 Stay current with advancements in audiology technology and best practices 
 
 Qualifications 
 
 Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) from an accredited program 
 Active California Audiology license (or ability to obtain) 
 ASHA Certification (CCC-A) preferred 
 Experience with diagnostic audiology and hearing aid technology
