 Who are we looking for? 
 We are looking for a highly proficient Senior Technical Composite Trainer to become part of our driven group in Rock Hill, SC. As an authority in composite lamination and fabrication, you will be instrumental in enhancing our manufacturing processes. Your knowledge will support us in attaining perfect execution and first-time-through quality by directing a top-tier training program. 
 What you get to do! 
 
 Act as a specialist in composite lamination and fabrication processes. 
 Build, implement, and continuously improve a structured, hands-on composite training program. 
 Develop high-quality instructional materials including work instructions, visual aids, and hands-on exercises. 
 Deliver repeatable training methods aligned with company quality and safety expectations! 
 Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to ensure training efficiency. 
 Identify process gaps and implement solutions to improve quality, repeatability, and efficiency. 
 Provide hands-on support during First Article Inspection (FAI) and production scaling initiatives. 
 
 What you will bring to the Team 
 
 10+ years of hands-on composite lamination experience within a manufacturing environment. 
 Proven ability to build standardized work instructions and skills progression frameworks. 
 Strong knowledge of composite materials, layup techniques, and process controls. 
 Demonstrated experience developing and delivering organized training sessions. 
 Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams. 
 A continuous improvement approach with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
 Preferred certifications in composites lamination (e.g., ACMA, NADCAP) and Lean.

 Who are we looking for? 
 We are looking for highly qualified and experienced Composite Technicians to join our growing team. The Composite Technician will be responsible for hand lay-up of composite materials, vacuum bagging process and procedures, and perform hand-finishing operations. 
 What you get to do! 
 
 Hand lay-up of composite materials (Wet &#38; Prepreg) 
 Vacuum bagging process and procedures 
 Application and understanding of resin systems (Epoxy, Polyester, Vinyl ester, Silicones, etc.) 
 Perform hand-finishing operations on patterns and molds 
 Use a variety of hand tools in cutting, grinding, fitting, and assembling 
 Adhesive bonding applications 
 Assembly of structures including setup, bonding, and fastener applications 
 Performing self-quality checks 
 
 What you will bring to the Team 
 
 Experience range needed: 3 plus years of experience with composite materials (i.e. Carbon Fiber, Kevlar, &#38; Fiberglass) 
 Prior experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment 
 High School Diploma or equivalent 
 Ability to read, interpret, and suggest improvements from work instructions (SOPs) 
 Measurement competencies-Calipers, Micrometers, Tape measure, Indicators, etc. 
 Demonstrate hands-on fabrication skills 
 Experience using a variety of hand tools in cutting, grinding, fitting, and assembling 
 Experience with adhesive bonding applications 
 Experience with assembly of structures including setup, bonding, and fastener applications 
 Attention to detail and accuracy while working with tight tolerances
