								<description>San Jose Mineta International Airport,  San Jos&#xe9; Mineta International Airport is recruiting for two Analyst I/II positions. One Analyst I/II position is in the Airport Finance and Administration Division, and the other Analyst I/II is in the Planning and Development Division. 

 Budget Analyst &#8211; Finance and Administration Division: 
This Analyst is part of the Budget team in the Finance and Administration Division of the Airport and reports directly to the Operating Budget Senior Analyst. The Analyst&#8217;s primary role is to support the development, monitoring, reporting and administration of the Airport&#8217;s annual operating budget and producing monthly Airport Activity Statistics reports. 

 Fiscal Analyst - Planning and Development Division: 
This position is a crucial member of the Airport&#8217;s Planning and Development Division and is a part of the fiscal team in the Division. The Analyst&#8217;s primary role is to support the development, monitoring, reporting and administration of the Division&#8217;s annual operating budget and capital budget.  The final candidate&#8217;s qualifications and experience shall determine the actual salary. In addition to the starting salary, employees in this classification shall also receive an approximate five percent (5%) ongoing non-pensionable compensation pay, which is included in the range below. 
 The&#xa0; Analyst I  salary range is  $92,994.72 - $113,022.00  annually. The&#xa0; Analyst II  salary range is  $101,468.64 - $123,330.48  annually. 
 Qualifications &#xa0; 
 Education and Experience 
 Analyst I 
 A Bachelor&#39;s Degree from an accredited college or university. 
 Analyst II 
 A Bachelor&#39;s Degree from an accredited college or university AND two (2) years of increasingly responsible professional staff analytic or administrative experience conducting studies, organizing and analyzing data, and preparing reports, recommendations, or conclusions for a functional area in budget, finance, grant administration, organizational analysis, general administration, or human resources. 
 Acceptable Substitution 
 Additional years of experience in a position comparable to the Staff Specialist with the City of San Jos&#xe9; in areas such as budget, finance, grant administration, organizational analysis, general administration or human resources may be substituted for the education requirement on a year for year basis.
