Position Overview: Reporting directly to the Vice President of R&#38;amp;D, the Electrical Engineering Manager will lead the electrical engineering function for hearing device development programs. The ideal candidate brings prior experience developing hearing aids, hearing devices, hearables, or related electroacoustic products and a passion for advancing hearing technology through innovative, manufacturable design. They will translate product requirements into detailed technical execution plans, drive system architecture decisions, and guide projects from early concept through validation and production. This role partners daily with product marketing, audiology, industrial design, quality, suppliers, and manufacturing to ensure designs meet performance, regulatory, cost, and timeline objectives. The ideal candidate combines deep hardware expertise with strategic thinking, challenging conventional approaches to hearing device design while delivering innovative, reliable, and manufacturable solutions.
