 What you&#8217;ll be doing: 
 
 Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, chat, and walk-ins 
 Troubleshoot issues across accounts, networks, devices, and applications 
 Resolve user issues on first contact whenever possible 
 Track and manage tickets through resolution using ITSM tools 
 Support Office365, email, VPN, Active Directory, and end-user devices 
 Assist with technology retail support (helping users with purchases and setup) 
 Create self-help documentation and support materials 
 Collaborate with team members and help mentor student staff 
 Participate in on-call rotation and support peak periods (evenings/weekends as needed)

 1+ year of hands-on IT support experience

 Overview 
 eNGINE is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Project Manager to lead large-scale infrastructure initiatives across enterprise environments. This individual will be responsible for driving execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring strategic technology projects are delivered on time and within scope. 
 This opportunity will support enterprise infrastructure initiatives involving&#xa0; cloud technologies, data center operations, and Active Directory &#xa0;modernization efforts across multiple locations. The first major initiative for this individual will be leading a high-visibility data center migration project, requiring strong coordination, planning, communication, and execution skills. 
 Responsibilities 
 
 Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure-focused projects from planning through execution and closure 
 Drive a critical data center move initiative, coordinating timelines, dependencies, vendors, and technical teams 
 Manage initiatives involving cloud infrastructure, data center environments, and Active Directory technologies 
 Drive project timelines, priorities, budgets, and resource coordination across technical and business teams 
 Facilitate meetings with stakeholders, engineers, vendors, and leadership teams to ensure alignment and momentum 
 Identify project risks, remove roadblocks, and proactively resolve issues before they impact delivery 
 Maintain organized project documentation including schedules, status reporting, action items, dependencies, and risk logs 
 Ensure all project deliverables meet quality expectations and operational standards 
 Communicate project health, milestones, and updates clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences 
 Support and enhance project management best practices, methodologies, and operational processes 
 Coordinate activities across distributed teams supporting data center locations in Robinson and Kansas City 
 
 Qualifications 
 
 7+ years of experience managing enterprise-level infrastructure or technology projects 
 Proven background leading cloud infrastructure initiatives within complex environments 
 Hands-on experience supporting or managing data center migration or relocation projects 
 Strong understanding of Active Directory environments and related infrastructure dependencies 
 Demonstrated success driving projects to completion while managing competing priorities 
 Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously 
 Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, including executive-level interaction 
 Experience utilizing project management methodologies and tools in enterprise settings 
 Ability to operate with urgency, accountability, and a results-oriented mindset 
 Personality style that blends persistence, ownership, and professionalism &#8212; someone comfortable driving tough conversations and pushing initiatives forward 
 
 Preferred Experience
