 RCI Offroad is looking for a motivated and results driven sales professional to join our company! The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving rapid sales growth specifically focusing on the B2C and B2B channels at RCI Offroad, while providing world class service to our customers. This growth will be achieved by answering and closing inside sales calls/chats/emails, serving existing B2B accounts and driving revenue and conversion rate growth. This position will be performed on site in our Loveland, CO location. This individual will establish RCI Offroad as a company that provides product, expertise and solutions to offroad and overlanding enthusiasts and installers. 
 Candidates must have at least 3+ years of inbound sales experience and/or account management experience. We are looking for a candidate with an entrepreneurial mindset who is customer centric, has strong skills in communication, is analytical with data and able to share/absorb constructive feedback. This role reports to the Sales Manager. Candidates with a strong technical offroad and overlanding background is a  must . 
 This is a full-time salary role that is expected to work at least 40 hours and will have the opportunity for monthly and annual bonuses. It is important to note that this role will transition to a base + commission role in the future once we solidify the framework and structure for our sales department. 
 Compensation Plan:  
 This plan is designed to provide you with a stable foundation during your onboarding phase, followed by an aggressive, uncapped incentive structure that rewards high-volume producers. 
 Phase I: Onboarding &#38; Market Development (Months 1 &#8211; 6/12) 
 During your initial ramp-up period, we prioritize your stability as you build your pipeline. 
 
 Base Salary: $20.00 per hour. 
 Incentive Commission: 3.5% of Shipped Gross Profit. 
 Performance Target: At an estimated $664k in annual shipped revenue, your projected Total Earned Compensation (Base + Commission) is $50,000 &#8211; $55,000. 
 
 Phase II: Professional Producer Track (Transition at Month 6&#8211;12) 
 As you transition into a seasoned representative as soon as month 6, but no later than month 12, your earning potential shifts toward a high-upside, commission-heavy structure. This phase is designed for &quot;closers&quot; who want to maximize their take-home pay. 
 
 Base Salary: Adjusted to $12.00 per hour. 
 Performance Commission: Increased to 8% of Shipped Gross Profit. 
 The &quot;No-Ceiling&quot; Policy: This commission is fully uncapped. As you drive urgency and scale your sales, your earning potential increases exponentially with no upper limit. 
 
 Key Terms &#38; Conditions 
 
 Uncapped Potential: We do not believe in penalizing success. There is no maximum limit on the commissions you can earn; the more you ship, the more you earn. 
 Commission Vesting: Commissions are considered &quot;earned&quot; and &quot;vested&quot; at the time of shipment. 
 Plan Review: A formal performance and compensation review will occur between months 6 and 12 to determine the exact timing of your transition to the Professional Producer Track. 
 Legal Compliance: All base hourly rates will remain in strict accordance with the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment (CDLE) minimum wage requirements. In the event of a state minimum wage increase, the base rate will be adjusted upward accordingly. 
 
 Daily Tasks Include:  
 
 Answering phone calls, live chats, emails in a timely manner while providing best in class service. 
 Order entry and order management, ensuring that all orders are processed on-time. 
 Maintaining customer orders by providing order updates and transparent communication with our customers. 
 Keeping the needs of the customers front and center providing an overall positive relationship. 
 
 Responsibilities:  
 
 Contact Center &#xa0;&#8211; In this role you will be responsible for handling all forms of communications with our customers who are seeking assistance to place an order, update an order, or seeking advice and/or recommendations. You will be responsible for providing customers with a solution that closely meets their needs and expectations. &#xa0; 
 New Sales &#xa0;&#8211; In this role you will be responsible for driving sales/margin growth through actively attempting to close every contact by actively asking for the sale. 
 B2B Account Support  &#8211; In this role you will be responsible for helping B2B accounts enter and manage orders. 
 Order Maintenance &#xa0;&#8211; In this role you will be responsible for keeping all customers informed regarding updates with active orders. You will be responsible for updating order ETA&#8217;s by providing clear communication while offering solutions that would enable a more pleasant outcome for our customers. 
 Team Player &#xa0;&#8211; In this role you must be a team player by supporting your immediate co-workers, as well as cross-functional teams. There will be times where the sales team is asked for assistance and cooperation in completing tasks, which you must be willing to participate in with a positive and up-beat attitude. 
 Customer Focused &#xa0;&#8211; In this role you are required to keep the customer&#8217;s needs front and center, providing an overall positive relationship. All decisions and communications should be made with our values in mind.

 Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and market share within a defined geographic territory in the automotive aftermarket Warehouse Distributor channel. This role focuses on developing and managing relationships with distributors, jobbers, repair shops, and other key accounts to increase product sales, improve brand visibility, and ensure customer satisfaction.

 Report market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to management and other internal teams. 
 Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company&#8217;s products, features, and benefits. 
 Train and educate customers on product features, selling points, and best practices. 
 Ensure all product information is accurately communicated to stakeholders and is up to date with any new developments. 
 Attend trade shows, industry events, and meetings to promote brand presence and network with key industry players.

 Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and market share within a defined geographic territory in the automotive aftermarket Warehouse Distributor channel. This role focuses on developing and managing relationships with distributors, jobbers, repair shops, and other key accounts to increase product sales, improve brand visibility, and ensure customer satisfaction.
