 Department Overview: 
 The Ohio State University Department of Radiology is experiencing significant growth across its research, education, and clinical missions, positioning it as a national leader in imaging innovation and care delivery. The Center for Imaging Excellence (CIE) serves as a cornerstone of this advancement, bringing together multidisciplinary teams to accelerate translational research in MRI, CT, and PET imaging. With an expanding focus on artificial intelligence&#8212;supported by Ohio State&#8217;s designation as an ACR Recognized Center for Healthcare-AI (ARCH-AI)&#8212;as well as&#xa0;theranostics&#xa0;and advanced imaging technologies, and ongoing renovations to support state-of-the-art infrastructure and collaborative team science, the CIE is strengthening its role in discovery, education, and training the next generation of imaging scientists.&#xa0; 
 The department continues to strengthen its educational programs through a comprehensive portfolio of residencies and subspecialty fellowships, supporting a diverse&#xa0;pathway for&#xa0;trainees and reinforcing its commitment to excellence in graduate medical education across diagnostic and interventional radiology.&#xa0; 
 Clinically, Radiology is rapidly expanding to meet growing patient demand and support the Wexner Medical Center&#8217;s  Impact 2035 &#xa0;strategic vision. This includes major investments in new and renovated facilities, such as the recently opened&#xa0;820-bed&#xa0;inpatient hospital tower, a biomedical research tower, and the Interdisciplinary Health Sciences Center. In parallel, the department is extending its reach through new ambulatory care centers in New Albany, Dublin, and Powell, alongside established imaging sites across the region&#8212;enhancing access, capacity, and the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered imaging services.&#xa0; 
 Compensation Package: 
 
 Salary:  Guaranteed Base Salary starting above $400K (varies by subspecialty and is commensurate with experience level), $50,000 Sign-on Bonus, $10,000 Relocation Assistance 
 Retirement Benefits:  14% Employer match, 25% Department contribution to Executive Retirement Plan, and Supplemental Retirement Accounts 403(b) and 457(b) 
 Paid Time Off:  176 Hours of Annual Vacation, 120 hours of Annual Sick Time, 11 Recognized Annual Holidays, 10 CME days and a generous CME Allowance
