Available Title(s): 198F-YN_CS_NPS - Graphic Designer Business Title: Graphic Designer Employee Type: Classified Position Details: The Opportunity: Under the direction of the Associate Director of Athletics (Marketing and Fan Experience), you will collaborate with athletics department staff as an innovative creator, responsible for conceptualizing, developing, designing, and producing original graphic design work. You will create page layouts, manage and produce brand and campaign assets, and apply photo manipulation and typography across a wide range of promotional materials that support the department's key goals and initiatives. In this role, you will also have opportunities to mentor and support student design interns and volunteer student staff by providing creative and technical guidance. You will work closely with the Associate Director of Athletics (Design, Branding and Special Projects) to ensure all design work aligns with conference, NCAA, and compliance requirements, while maintaining consistency with established brand standards and seasonal campaign guidelines. This position's base office is located in Pullman. Additional Information: This is a full time (100% FTE), permanent position. This position is overtime eligible. Monthly Salary: $3,752 to $5,011 | Range 42 | Successful candidates are typically hired at the beginning of the salary range and receive scheduled salary increment increases in accordance with WAC 357-28. In accordance with RCW 49.58.110, the above salary reflects the full salary range for this position. Individual placement within the range is based on the candidate's current experience, education, skills, and abilities related to the position.
