| Additional Information About the Role The Office of Community Health Improvement at BJC is seeking a Manager of Research and Analysis to support our evaluation efforts. The manager will assist with shaping the evaluation approach of CHI. Key responsibilities include overseeing the development of evaluation protocols and activities (e.g., develop evaluation questions, identify indicators and evaluation measures, design data collection systems, develop data collection protocols, develop surveys), conduct quantitative and qualitative data analysis, translate data findings into actionable activities, and supervise and mentor team members. Must be located in St. Louis or Illinois, will be onsite 1 -2 days a week. Preferred Qualifications Role Purpose Leads the research and analysis team and promotes clinical and service quality through the production of meaningful analysis and research of system performance. Provides guidance to the team in delivering insightful and actionable results through analysis and research. Serves as the main research and analysis point contact for clinical and service quality needs for BJC HealthCare. Contributes in shaping the strategic vision for analytic needs across the system. Reports to the Director of HealthCare Analytics.
