| Job Description MSCF FACULTY JOB POSTING POSITION: Law Enforcement Faculty - Peace Officer Program ABOUT THE PROGRAM Hennepin Technical College Peace Officer Program is a Minnesota POST-certified program designed to prepare students for licensure and careers in law enforcement. The program integrates academic coursework with practical, skills-based training aligned with Minnesota Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST) Board requirements. Students gain foundational knowledge in criminal law, patrol procedures, emergency response, community policing, ethics, and communication, along with applied training in defensive tactics, firearms, and scenario-based exercises. The program serves both traditional students and individuals seeking career transitions into law enforcement. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a student-centered program focused on developing competent, ethical, and community-oriented peace officers prepared to serve diverse communities.
