Position Overview We are seeking an engaging and detail-oriented Assistant Director of Admissions to join our Admissions team. This full-time, 12-month position supports all aspects of the admissions process, from inquiry through enrollment. As a key member of a dynamic and collaborative team, this role plays an important part in recruiting, evaluating, and welcoming a mission-aligned group of students and families each year. The ideal candidate brings a warm, engaging demeanor, strong judgment, and a genuine enthusiasm for interacting with families and representing the school in alignment with our mission. The Assistant Director participates in all aspects of the admissions process from inquiry to enrollment. This role is well-suited for an admissions professional who is ready to expand their skills and take on meaningful responsibility as they continue to develop in their career. Position Details: Manager: Director of Strategic Program Development and Enrollment Management Compensation Range: $95,000 - $110,000 annually Position Classification: Exempt, Full Time, 12 months Hours: Core business hours of 8am – 4pm, occasional weekend and evening work required.
