SummaryWashington & Jefferson College seeks a dynamic, student-centered Assistant Director of Admissions to recruit, counsel, and enroll prospective students who will contribute to the academic excellence and vibrant campus community of the College. The Assistant Director of Admissions serves as a primary representative of the College to prospective students, families, school counselors, and community partners, guiding students through the admissions process and helping them discover how W&J can help them achieve their goals. As a member of the Enrollment team, the Assistant Director of Admissions is responsible for managing an assigned recruitment territory, developing meaningful relationships with prospective students and influencers, and contributing to the achievement of institutional enrollment goals. This position requires extensive travel, exceptional communication skills, a commitment to outstanding customer service, and a passion for helping students find their place at W&J.
